Sotheby’s International Realty debuted the new marketing campaign during the 2023 General Networking Event in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event brought together nearly 3,000 attendees from 44 states and nearly 40 countries around the world – marking the brand’s biggest event to date.

Sotheby’s International Realty Expands In Louisiana
Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that HomeServices Southern Properties has joined the network and will now operate as Crescent Sotheby’s International Realty. The addition marks the brand’s continued growth in the state of Louisiana and its sixth office in the state.
The company is owned and operated by Kyle Tallo, who brings 22 years of experience to the company. Tallo will lead the company alongside his wife and business partner, Heather Tallo. The company is headquartered in the city of Hammond and will service the surrounding region, as well as Baton Rouge, the Northshore areas, the Mississippi coast, and beyond.

Sotheby’s International Realty Expands In New York
Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Finger Lakes Realty Partners has joined the network and will now operate as Finger Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty. The addition marks the brand’s continued growth in New York and its 59th office in the state.
The firm is owned and operated by Jerry Morrissey, who brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the company, and will serve Central New York region, the Finger Lakes region, and areas up to Lake Ontario.

Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that LAH Real Estate, Inc. has joined the network and will now operate as LAH Sotheby’s International Realty. The addition marks the brand’s continued growth in Alabama and its seventh office in the state.
The firm, co-owned by Maurice Humphries, Tom Carruthers, Charles Robinson, Mike Graham, and Coke Williams, will serve the city of Birmingham and the surrounding area, with offices in Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Hoover.

Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Southern District Properties Group has joined the network and will now operate as Southern District Sotheby’s International Realty. The addition marks the brand’s continued growth in Texas and its 28th office in the state.
In 2022, the team achieved more than US$71 million in sales volume and has consistently been recognized in RealTrends’ rankings by volume and by transactions in Texas, achieving a Top 10 sales ranking for the last three years for Washington, Austin, and Fayette Counties. Southern District Sotheby’s International Realty is owned and operated by Cari Goeke who brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm.
