Peter was educated at Deerfield Academy, Harvard College and the University of Virginia Law School. After college, he served in the Navy as an officer in submarines. Peter first visited Boca Grande in 1968 and moved to the Island in 1991 after practicing corporate law in Wilmington, Delaware for 20 years. He began his real estate career in 1992 and started two businesses, the Buyer's Broker of Boca Grande and Boca Grande Outfitters, with his son, Zeke. Peter joined Gulf to Bay in 2004. Bill Morton has been a part time resident of Boca Grande since 1941, his wife Nancy runs an interior decorating business and they have been Boca Grande homeowners for over twenty years. Nevine Miller was born in Cairo, Egypt. She began her American career as a Fashion Buyer at Elizabeth Arden on Fifth Avenue. After 5 years in London with her husband Bill, they moved back to the U.S. in 1981. She began building her interesting and successful real estate career at Sulzberger-Rolfe, M.J. Raynes and Corcoran in Manhattan. For 12 years she sold prestigious co-ops and condominium apartments to a varied clientele and for over two decades she successfully worked as a real estate sales agent with over 10 additional years here in Boca Grande. Judi was born in Ontario, Canada and grew up bilingual German in Ohio. She graduated from Youngstown State University as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, and worked in several aspects of the medical field, including critical care, neonatology, and administration. She relocated to Punta Gorda, Florida in 1984. She obtained her real estate license in 2000, while raising her daughter, who is now in college. Judi currently is on the Board of Directors for the Boca Grande Chamber of Commerce and a local Home Health Company. She was a competitive in the 80's and is also a certified wind surfing Instructor. She and her husband Jack, have vacationed several times a year in Boca Grande, and because of their deep love and appreciation for the island became full time residents in 2004. Steve was born in Pennsylvania and has visited Boca Grande since the 1980’s. Practicing law for 11 years in Virginia and Pennsylvania, led to his being the executive responsible for procurement and supply chain at multinational companies like Dell Computer, IBM, Compaq Computer (now HP), and Flextronics International. In this role he and Wendy have lived in Texas, North Carolina and California. Steve has traveled extensively throughout Europe and with particular emphasis in Asia. He has two grown sons; Creigh, a corporate attorney in Pennsylvania, and Nathan, the manager of a 1500 acre fruit ranch in the central valley of California. Steve’s interests include reading nonfiction, boating and golf. He is a member of the Boca Grande Health Care Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce, the Community Center, and a Board Member at the Boca Grande Club. Ruth was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas where she earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in economics and finance. In her professional career she was employed by General Electric and IBM, in sales and sales management. Before leaving 'corporate life' for 'life in paradise' she was Global Marketing Programs manager for IBM. Stacey grew up in South Hero, Vermont where she spent as much time as she could, in the summer months, boating on Lake Champlain. Shortly after graduating from Champlain College she and her husband, Gregg, began their first business venture together, a retail management company. Over the course of the following 10 years they began exploring warmer climates where they would no longer have to deal with cold winters and a frozen lake which created for a very short boating season in Vermont. They have lived in the Cayman Islands, Key Colony Beach in the Florida Keys, and Destin, Florida before discovering Boca Grande and this area of southwest Florida in 2002. Stacey became a licensed Realtor in March of 2004, which was also the start of her real estate career in sales and managing a rental program on Boca Grande. Stacey and her husband currently reside in Englewood with their Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier, Cody. She spends most of her time off with her husband training for mountain bike competitions but she also enjoys working in her yard, running, swimming and rollerblading. Larry Warner was born in Vickburg, Mississippi and spent summers in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. He graduated from Woodberry Forest School (Virginia) and received his BA in English and JD from the University of Virginia. He worked for First Kentucky National Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky for almost 40 years and was President of First Kentucky Trust Company until it was acquired by National City Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio. Subsequently, one of his jobs was President of National City Trust of Florida with offices in Naples, Palm Beach, and Vero Beach. He and his wife, Cappy, who is the Associate Rector of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Boca Grande, have been homeowners in the North Village of Boca Bay for over a decade. Dick Guy was recruited by and played football for Woody Hayes at the Ohio State University and was on the 1954 National Championship team. He graduated with a B.S. in Business and served in the United States Marine Corps on active duty as well as the active reserves from 1954 to 1970. Dick has been involved with the real estate industry since 1965 as a builder developer (both single family and commercial), syndicator, "reconstruction", and importer of building products. Kristin moved to Southwest Florida in 1996 from Collegeville, Pennsylvania. While growing up she spent her summers at the Jersey Shore where she grew to love the beach and the activities associated with it. Kristin graduated from Towson State University with a Business degree. Shortly after relocating to Florida she became the Rental Manager for the Boca Grande Club, here in Boca Grande. Kristin brings with her a high level of experience and professionalism. She has worked on Boca Grande for the past 15 years; the last 12 years as a Real Estate Broker. While she has dealt with all types of island properties, she specialized in condominiums and homes at the Boca Grande Club. She is a member of the local, state and National Board of Realtors and has earned her e-Pro Certification. She has been a licensed Community Association Manager for the past 14 years, which has provided her with an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of Condominium ownership. Trained as an Electrical Engineer in Dublin, Ireland, Joe spent 30 years in the high technology business in Canada and the U.S. before retiring to Florida in 1993 where he built a house on Boca Grande. Scott relocated to Southwest Florida in 1996 from a small town (Surf City) on an island in NJ. He previously obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Stockton State College, and shortly after relocating to Florida he started O’Connor Environmental Permitting, Inc. a company that specializes in obtaining regulatory permits for environmental projects in Charlotte, Lee, and Sarasota County, including many for Boca Grande residents. He currently serves on two community Board of Directors, and has had his Florida real estate license for 10 years. As he grew up on a small island and has never lost his love for the beach, it is easy for Scott to love Boca Grande and all that it offers, or perhaps all that it doesn’t offer.
