Since launching her career in Real Estate 18+ years ago in 2005 Kristin Francoeur has developed a stellar reputation in the real estate industry having earned the trust of many long-time clients and friends as an expert Real Estate Advisor.
Kristin was introduced to the southwest Florida region in 1984 when her family relocated to the area from Long Island New York. She spent the first 1.5 years living on Boca Grande in the Sea Oats condominium while her family’s home was being built in Port Charlotte. Kristin spent her high school years in Port Charlotte before attending college at Florida State University. After graduation, she relocated to Boston where she forged her sales and marketing capabilities at some of the most well-known consumer brands in the world. These capabilities have been channeled into her deep passion for architecture, and valuation bringing optimal outcomes to both buyers and sellers.
In 2005, Kristin purchased land to build a new condominium in the Willow Glen neighborhood in Riverwood Country Club. Since then, Kristin and her family have enjoyed many years of creating memories with her growing family taking advantage of all the amenities that Riverwood Community offers. She possesses deep knowledge of the real estate market in Riverwood having lived through the many market cycles over this time period. This perspective has given Kristin a unique vantage point with respect to property valuations as well as a deep understanding of the benefits of living in this wonderful community.
