Shawna Wagar

Shawna Wagar grew up in Indiana and spent many summers at her grandparent’s home in Cape Haze, Florida, exploring the white sandy beaches of Boca Grande. Ten years ago, she decided to make Cape Haze her full-time home. Now as a resident, she is delighted to share her passion for the area with homebuyers and sellers in Boca Grande and the surrounding areas.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Shawna worked in hospitality management and contract law, where she developed the negotiating, organization and people skills that set her apart as an exceptional real estate agent. She chose to work with the market leader, Gulf to Bay Sotheby’s International Realty, in order to provide her customers with the most powerful tools, local knowledge and international property exposure in the industry. Shawna’s enthusiastic, upbeat attitude goes hand-in-hand with her sharp business acumen to ensure smooth and successful real estate transactions.

Shawna is currently the Vice President of the Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce. Also, she is a graduate of Harrison College in Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Friends of Boca Grande, and enjoys golfing, boating, and fishing with her husband and three sons.
