With a solid legal foundation, she possesses extensive expertise in contracts and transactions, coupled with an in-depth understanding of every Island neighborhood. As a proactive advisor on all real estate matters, she boasts decades of community relationships. Transitioning to the Gulf to Bay Sotheby's office in 2013 as a licensed sales associate, Jamie collaborated with a leading Island real estate team for four years. Since 2018, she has independently brokered $137MM in transactions, consistently ranking as a top performer on the Island annually. Residing in the area since 1980, she is an active member of the Boca Grande Club, Useppa Island Club, and the First Baptist Church of Boca Grande. Jamie finds joy in supporting the Royal Palm Players in Boca Grande annually and indulges in her passion for theater during the summer months.
