Real Estate Agent
Maryjo moved to Boca Grande full time in 2008 but has frequented the area since the late 80's. While attending Penn State University, she participated in the Semester at Sea program. She holds a Masters in Science degree in Occupational Therapy and had a successful career in pharmaceutical sales prior to relocating to the Island to be closer to her parents. Maryjo is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time on the beach, kayaking, fishing and boating with her husband and three sons who attend the local high school. When she is not on the water, her hobbies include running on the beach, golf, skiing, and watching football. Two of the main reasons she chose to relocate Boca Grande were due to the Island 'bike path' (the old CSX railroad track that runs from the Northern end to the South End of the Island) and the 'dog friendly' environment of the Island that includes a designated 'dog park' where dogs of all sizes and breeds gather every evening to 'socialize'. She takes her professional life very seriously. To ensure that she exceeds the needs of her clients, she continues to advance her education. In addition to earning her Florida Broker's license, Maryjo holds real estate designations in residential construction, and was awarded the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. The CLHMS designation is awarded to agents who have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market. She is a member of the national and local board of Realtors and utilizes the latest technology to ensure that she is always readily available to her clients. Maryjo prides herself on her strong work ethic and her ability to provide the highest level of customer service. Her #1 goal is to earn your repeat business and referrals.
